Volunteers: most spots are filled (thank you! 🙌), but we still need LOTS of hands for balloons the night before the event—our big balloon arch is a crowd favorite and takes a team. Check the sign-up sheet for changes and if you see anything open, grab a spot.

Weekend mission: start with your inner circle—grandparents, aunts/uncles, godparents, and close family friends who love cheering on your kiddo. Then tap folks with real giving power: your boss or team lead (loop in HR for a match) and any clients or business partners who like to invest in community. And reach out an extra block or two in your neighborhood—neighbors often love pitching in when it’s for local kids. If your employer matches, file that match and make your donation do a wheelie. 💵➕💵

Waiver reminder: please get that waiver signed—kiddos can’t ride without it. A paper waiver was sent home in backpacks; if you don’t see it, swing by the school office to sign one this week. ✍️🎒

Every dollar goes directly to our students, teachers, and school grounds—supporting academic help for students and teachers, providing needs-based scholarships for school families, improving the school garden and grounds, and fueling community-building events that make Abernethy special. 🍎🌱🤝
