Hello Abernethy Families!
Field Day is tomorrow Wednesday June 3rd. If you have signed up to help, thank you! If not, feel free to show up at noon and we can find a station for you.
All volunteers should check-in outside of Abernethy at the table on the blacktop near the back door of the gym. You will be given your activity and their will a team leader to help you know what to do.
If you are helping decorate the t-shirts and water bottles, please report to the sign-in table by 8:00 am. If you are helping with the afternoon activities, please check-in by noon.
Families, feel free to send your student to school with a towel to dry off. Please do not send a change of clothes. 
Do you have any extra socks or old towels laying around? The field day crew will take them. Do you have extra books to donate? We will take them!
Tomorrow the weather looks mild and sunny, a great day to run and play! Thank you for helping make Field Day 2026 a fun and memorable day for the students.
