Get ready. Carnival 2024 is taking place on May 17th. Right now, your Carnival Committee Members are doing all the behind the scenes prep work necessary to have a successful event. But this prep work means nothing, if your Carnival Committee Members do not have their "shadows" to learn what it takes to launch a successful carnival. If you have attended the carnival in the past, you know how magnificent our PTA production is. If you've never attended carnival before, Here's a link to photos from last year:
In short, this is the day that all the children live for!!! 
Right now, every committee person is a 5th grade parent. This is why your participation as the next generation of Abernethy parents is essential. Without committee shadows, there will be no volunteers to run the Carnival next year. Take a look at our Committee Shadow sign up sheet on Konstella:
