Buy-In Party Hosts Needed — Auction is Almost Here!

The Auction is right around the corner, and it's going to be so much fun!

One of my favorite parts of the auction is the buy-in parties — a great way to spend time with our community while raising money for the school. This year, we already have some amazing party ideas lined up. They just need hosts!

What Does Hosting Look Like?

Hosting a buy-in party is simple:

• You organize the event and pick the date and time
• You decide if you'd like to add any extras like snacks or drinks
• People purchase tickets through the auction to join your event

It's a fun, low-effort way to connect with other families and support our school!

Available Events Needing Hosts

1. Frog Pond Farm (kids & adults, up to 25 people) Reserved covered space and general admission for up to 25 guests, with access to the whole farm.

2. Willamette Valley Vineyards (adults, up to 6 people) Private Winery Tour & Tasting valued at $300 at their Main Estate in Turner, OR. Includes a behind-the-scenes look at the winery, exclusive wine tastings, a $10 wine credit per person, and a cheese plate.

3. Birdie Time Mini Golf (kids & adults, up to 16 people) $85 gift card to the Golf & Game Simulator for a 1-hour session.

4. People's Court (kids & adults, up to 6 people per pass — 2 passes available) Two all-day game passes, each good for up to 6 people. Could be hosted as one event or two!

5. Stoller Wine Tasting (adults, up to 4 people) Wine tasting at either the Dayton (Stoller Family Estate) or Sherwood (Chehalem Estate) location.

6. Rain Dance Vineyard (adults, up to 4 people) Wine tasting experience for 4 people, plus a charcuterie board.

7. Portland Pickles Party (kids & adults, up to 8 people) 8 Berm tickets for grass seating at a Portland Pickles game!
