Hello Abernethy Community,
We’re kicking off an exciting (and important!) season for our community recruiting next year’s PTA leadership and committee teams and we’d love your help in finding passionate, thoughtful, and committed volunteers.
This is a great opportunity to make a real impact, meet amazing people, and help shape the experience of our entire school community. Whether you're ready to step into a leadership role or just curious to learn more, we encourage you to explore what’s available!
⭐ Officer Positions
These are key leadership roles elected by our membership:

Vice President (2-year commitment)
This is a BIG one you’ll serve as VP the first year and transition into President the following year. A fantastic way to make a lasting impact! -
President (2nd year of 2-year commitment)
Liz, our current VP, will be our next president. -
Treasurer (2-year term): Looking for a person with any accounting experience.

Secretary: Carly will serve her 2nd year as secretary this coming year.

Any PTA member can run for an officer role nominations are open to all!

Nominations can also be made from the floor at the May 28 meeting (with consent).
