This committee was created for all project leads who manage either the carnival, Tour de Ladd, different projects within fundraising, clothing closet and other programs managed by the PTA.  The intention of creating this additional committee is to allow all the project leads to be able to send mass email/mass communications to other committees (like the Classroom Leads) or even the entire committee.
