Join us in the cafeteria this Thursday, April 9, from 5:30-7:30 pm for Bingo & Multicultural Potluck Combo night. Our kindergarten and 3rd grade hosts ask that you bring a dish to share and come expecting a fun night of games and prizes!

KidsCo. is offering spring break week full-day camp at Adams Elementary on April 13-16, 2026. Please see the attached flyer for more information!
Gift Cards for Staff Appreciation Week
We are collecting gift cards for Adams staff during Staff Appreciation Week! Please drop off your donations (preferably in the $10-$25 range) in the office by Friday, May 1. Alternatively, feel free to Venmo monetary donations for gift cards to the staff appreciation chair, @Leslie-Haynsworth.

Adams PTA Communications has created a new Community Bulletin Board Social Group where we will post items that are sent to the PTA about local activities. Join this social group to see posts forwarded from camps, sports, classes, etc -- or share your own!

Mariners Day
Spring is here and that means Mariners Baseball is just around the corner! Please join other Adams families at a group outing to the Sunday, May 3rd, 1:10 pm Mariners game against the Kansas City Royals. We have group tickets for sale for $10 each in section 319. Moveathon Shirt Winner
The 2026 Moveathon T Shirt Contest Winner has been selected. Amali in Ms. Paulk’s 4th/5th grade split class is this year’s winner. There were so many wonderful, creative submissions this year that it was difficult to narrow it down. In the end, Amali’s use of bright, bold colors and her artistic concept of peace and love for kids around the world captured the Adams Moveathon mission and set her submission apart. Congratulations, Amali!
All students will receive a shirt paid for by the PTA, handed out the day of the event!
New this year: grown-ups planning to attend or volunteer at Moveathon may buy a shirt if you'd like to wear one! These shirts will also be handed out on the day of the event. You can purchase one for $15 through PayPal.
Moveathon Business Sponsors Needed
On Friday, May 15th, the Adams PTA will host its 5th all-school “Moveathon” FUNdraiser! We are looking for businesses to sponsor the Moveathon by helping underwrite the cost of the event t-shirts. Any business who is a sponsor will have their business logo featured on the back of the t-shirt, on a banner, and on social media. Please contact ptatreasurer@adamselementary.org with any questions or if you know a business that would like to sponsor!
Special PTA budget meeting
THANK YOU to everyone who filled out the PTA's survey about our arts and music specialist for next year. The PTA is working closely with Principal Sohn on ways we can try to retain both specialists. Stay tuned for a community budget meeting to review options after Spring Break.
