NEW! PTA President’s Message
Addison Community -
Happy Mother’s Day! I hope all moms had a wonderful day.
Showing our appreciation during the shelter in place has stretched the boundaries of our creativity. This week the Addison community really showed that throughout Staff Appreciation Week. I have received many notes of thanks from the staff who have also shared some of the unique ways our students made their week extra special. Now it’s time to THANK YOU Addison community for always stepping up and being there when those around us need it most!
Wishing you all health,

On May 4, the City Council adopted a set of budget assumptions to help inform how staff will prepare the revised Fiscal Year 2020-2021 operating and capital budgets for Council consideration and community input. The City Council selected scenario estimates with a preliminary loss of $39 million in major tax revenues during the next fiscal year.
NEW! Great Addison Adventure Hunt of 2020 - Week 4
We loved seeing all of your "We Love Teachers” signs all over the neighborhood! Check out these photos submitted by students so far - Great Addison Adventure Album.
This week's Great Addison Adventure Hunt* theme is "How We Get Around." We'd love to see what creative ideas your family can come up with. You could put your favorite toy car in your window, draw your bike, or make a cardboard rocket ship!
The PTA is inviting everyone to participate by displaying your work outside your home and/or posting virtually. Send photos of your “We Love Teachers” to firstname.lastname@example.org and with your permission, we’ll share them on the Addison Facebook Page and in the eAdvisor. You can also add your home to the Addison Adventure Map Please note that this map will be accessible to anyone with the link. Only include information you are comfortable sharing publicly. Directions for adding a pin: Directly under the search button on the map, you'll see a pin symbol. Click on this and scroll to your home on the map, then click.
