NEW! PTA President's Message
Addison Community -
A few weeks ago I shared that the PTA Nominating Committee was going to kick off it’s recruiting efforts for the 2020-21 school year. I’d like to thank Raluca Perkins, Julia Moran, Jamie Merkel, Robin Mullery and Gayle McDowell for their time and effort in working to convince as many people as possible to get involved! Thank you to everyone who has already made a commitment to support our school community in key volunteer roles for the coming school year. We still have open opportunities that have all levels of time commitment (e.g. single event, ongoing through the school year, etc.). If you are able to help, please review the list of open “jobs” and contact firstname.lastname@example.org or one of the Nominating Committee Members to get more information.
Speaking of getting involved, the second evening PTA Meeting takes place on Tuesday, March 10th. Please join us if you are curious about what we do or if you have an item you’d like to discuss with the board. The meeting starts at 6:30pm and will be held in the Flex Space.
NEW! Thank you Family Science Night Volunteers!
Many thanks to all the Addison parents who volunteered at Family Science Night last Thursday. Because of their help, we were able to have the full set of exhibit tables as planned. Everyone had a great time. We're looking forward to having the event in the new Addison MP room next year!
