Another successful week down!
Sat, Sep 19 9:35am

We hope you all had a wonderful second week of school.  Here is a bit of information from our Aiken PTO.

It is important that Aiken has up-to-date contact information for you and at least 3 emergency contacts for your child in case we are not able to reach you. The PTO will use this information to create our school directory.  To add or change emergency contacts or to update your information, please visit the PowerSchool Parent Portal.

Here is very helpful link offered by West Hartford Public Schools.  This link has valuable information regarding distance learning, student resources and the number of Covid-19 cases in our district.

Simple Actions Can Make a Difference

Community of Concern, the joint Hall/Conard/Sedgwick/Aiken PTO committees, would like to
echo the West Hartford Public Schools’ commitment: “We will be actively anti-racist in our
thoughts, our actions...” and the powerful voices of our students in the Black Lives Matter Rallies.  We believe working to create a more equitable and just society can start by taking simple action steps that involve listening, learning, talking to one another, and not staying silent. Each week we
will continue to suggest a simple action you can take.
