Please note the following.
We will have spirit week next week, leading up to the Fun Fair on Friday. These are the dress up days:
Tuesday, May 30 - Hat Day for Field Day
Wednesday, May 31 - Wacky Wednesday
Thursday, June 1 - Wear your Aiken Shirt!
Friday, June 2 - Wear Gray for Brain Cancer Research (3rd graders doing a fundraiser)
We are very excited about the Fun Fair on Friday, June 2 from 5:30-7:30. There are bounce houses, a fun run, face painting, and THIS JUST IN we have GOATS coming for students to pet and interact with them! See the flyer for more details.
In order for the Fun Fair to run smoothly and safely, we need parents to help monitor some of the stations. The bounce houses are always a hit with the students, but we need parents to help watch the students while using them (5-7 kids in the bounce house at a time). Please take a look at the sign up if you are willing to help cover a 30 minute block of monitoring! Grab another parent friend to stand with you....it isnt so bad! Thanks!
And lastly, thank you to everyone who purchased their Yard Goats Tickets. Our Aiken Block on June 10th will be FULL. We sold out of tickets.
