Hello Amherst Families!

We hope you're having a great summer.

Thank you for choosing to join the Amherst PTA in volunteering last school year!

The Amherst PTA relies on it's strong community of members to make wonderful things happen in our schools. Our school programs and community events are made possible by your annual school year membership dues and volunteerism.

This year, we are changing our online connection and invite you to join the improved system. This Konstella account will no longer be in use.

We invite you to join the Amherst PTA online through MySchoolAnywhere. Upon registration, you may pay membership dues online, sign-up to volunteer (room parents, lunch volunteers for Clark, Wilkins, and AMS, planning groups, and sign-ups throughout the year), and stay up to date with all Amherst PTA sponsored events throughout the school year. Leaders for community events, fundraising, and hospitality are still in need. Email us if you choose to help coordinate for our schools.

As always, the Amherst PTA communicates with administration over the summer. On Monday, August 6th, another meeting will take place regarding large class sizes including the School Boards and administration. Please stay tuned to the SAU website and email correspondence from your school principal for details, if interested.

Other exciting updates:

Back to School Ice Cream Social will be held at Wilkins on Friday, September 7th from 4-6pm.

Disney's Mulan Jr. will be the PTA play fundraiser in April! Students in grades 3 and up are invited to practice on Sundays (with possible Tuesdays as show approaches) for this fun show. More information can be found here- http://amherstnhpta.org/2019-mulan-jr.html
