Hi All,   AMS is having their "Project Safeguard" on Friday, May 19 for the 7th grade classes. They put out a call through their regular channels for volunteers but received no responses (sad).  Maggie Kim, the school counselor, pinged me to see if any PTA volunteers might help. Below is her requests/needs, so if anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated. Please note! 7th grade parent volunteers ONLY on May 15th!  Regards, Andy

Project Safeguard Volunteers Needed

Our annual Project Safeguard program for 7^th graders and their parents will be held on Friday, May 19^th, and we could use some help!

All activities are at AMS

Monday, May 15^th, 8:00 – 11:00:

Any time during this block of time, we need volunteers to put together the registration packets for students and parents. You need not stay the whole time.

Friday, May 19^th, 7:30 – 8:30:

Volunteers to help hand out registration packets in the lobby to parents as they arrive. (No 7^th grade parents)

Friday, May 19^th, 11:45 – 12:45:

Volunteers to help serve lunch to 7^th graders and their parents in the cafeteria. (No 7^th grade parents)
