This morning, Monday, August 24, 2020, Zoom experienced a global service disruption affecting the ability of some users to log in for meetings and webinars. Zoom has identified the issue and is working to resolve it.
As Zoom works to resolve the problem, some educators may use Google Meet for their classes instead. Learn more about getting started with Google Meet on our Video Conferencing Resources for Families page.
Additionally, Clever is experiencing a global service disruption today. Clever is the platform that runs SFUSD’s Digital Backpack for how students access digital learning apps such as Seesaw and how students in PK-2 grades use badges to log into Chromebooks.
