We are looking for a group of parents who want to help out and organize the Bingo Night. The date is January 24, 2020 from 4:30-8 pm. Budget will be set so as long as funds spent are under that limit, we are good!
The PTO Board will meet with the volunteers to help set up and organize the event.
Duties for this committee include choosing a theme, planning ways for participants to interact, helping decorate the night of, coordinating prizes and running communication with the school.

Committee Chair Signed Up: 1 / 2Will be the lead point person who communicates with the PTO, keeps track of the budget and makes sure event goes as planned. The Board will be there to support and help out, but the Chair will run the show for the event.
