Great news!!

The  Bancroft Elementary School team has won 3rd place in the 2023 California State Tournament, Odyssey of the Mind competition, held on Saturday, March 25, at Adams Middle School, Brentwood.

They are moving on to the World Finals, which will be held on May 24-27, at Michigan State University, East Lansing MI.

The team of six students are in 4th grade. Three of them are from Mrs. Giffin’s class - Akshita, Elza and Reina. Two from Mrs. Wright’s class - Ava and Raksha. And one from dual immersion, Ms. Andrew’s class - Natalie.

They worked on “Problem 5 - The Most Dramatic Problem Ever!”.
