Our After School Enrichment Program Fall Season will start soon!

The season will run from August 17 through November 13 (12 weeks).

Registration will open in Homeroom on Tuesday, August 11 at 12:00 pm via this link:

Please read carefully while creating your child's profile.
When you have to pick the school, please scroll down to find our school, and assign the correct classroom ("other" is NOT valid).
This will help us maintain updated rosters to pick them up (if applicable) or track the daily attendance.

* Note to Dianne Adair TK/K parents: Dianne Adair will not be able to transport any kinder or TK students to or from classes. You need to coordinate with instructors.

Please note, classes are provided by third party vendors and not affiliated to Bancroft Parent Faculty Club or Bancroft Elementary. If you have any questions about individual classes please reach out to the vendor contact on the website.

 

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review the following important details:

1-Communication: Instructors will contact you using the email address provided during registration in Homeroom. Please ensure your email address is up to date and notify your instructor promptly of any changes.

2-Pick-Up Time: Timely pick-up is essential. We kindly ask parents to arrive on time. If you are running late, please inform your instructor immediately. Repeated late pick-ups without notification may result in your student being removed from the program.

3-Questions: For inquiries about class schedules, enrollment, or cancellations, please check Homeroom first. If you cannot find the information you need, contact your instructor or email us at bancroftase@gmail.com. Please DO NOT contact the school office.

4-Feedback: We value your input! At the end of the season, please complete the Homeroom survey to help us improve the program.
