Volunteer Fingerprinting Available at Info Day
If you are interested in volunteering on campus this year (and we sure hope you are!), we will have an opportunity to fulfill the district fingerprinting requirement during our Bobcat Info Day. The MDUSD volunteer requirements are available here: https://www.mdusd.org/volunteer . If you would like to fulfill your Livescan fingerprinting requirement at Info Day, print please fill out Livescan application attached. Livescan fingerprinting will be done on a first come first serve basis.
Please be sure to bring a check for the application fee ($62), a valid government-issued ID, and the attached Livescan Application. Please note, fingerprinting can also be done through other Livescan vendors listed on the MDUSD website. This is just a convenient option offered by your PFC.
Reminder: This is one step of the process, completed volunteer request /TB clearance forms will still need to be submitted to the district office for full Volunteer Clearance.
