Hi Bobcat Families, 

 

I want to start this Fall Pledge update by saying a big THANK YOU to every family who has participated thus far; we just hit 50% participation which is HUGE.  For some perspective we only had 38% of students represented in our 2023/24 pledge.  

 

In case you were not aware we have a Class Participation Competition for the Fall Pledge.  The first class to reach 100% participation will receive an ICE CREAM PARTY!  Your participation counts whether it's a $10 donation or a $1,000 donation.  Right now it's still anyone's game.  Ms. Parker's first grade class is currently in the lead with 72% participation.  Ms. Parker's class also has 100% of their families on and assigned to their class on Konstella, which is very important if you want to win the prize. 

 

Please make sure your student is linked to their classroom, here's a "how to" if you need a refresher on how it's done. The only classes with 100% of families on Konstella are B-4, C-2, C-3 and C-4.

 

All funds raised go right back to supporting Bancroft; with 86% of our funds going to staff positions including our 5 instructional Assistants, Garden Educators, Math Specialist and Counselor's hours.

 

The recommended donation per student is $400, but all donations make a difference.  If you cannot commit to $400 upfront Konstella has a great feature to space out payments, so you can do $40 over 10 months.  You can make your donation here.

 

We also accept corporate matches, just make sure your match goes to Bancroft Elementary Parent - Faculty Club.  If you submitted your Fall Pledge via a corporate match outside of Konstella and want to make sure it's being accounted for email VP.Fundraising@bancroftpfc.org and I can make sure it gets assigned.
