We still need a few volunteers to help with Fall Fest!
(October 24 Update) - We need volunteers for Musical Cakes, 'Dia de los Muertos' Crafts and Festival Games for this Saturday Fall Fest. Musical Cakes Game is a MUST (we are relying on it to cover the event expenses) and cannot be cut off. Note that instead of one long last shift, we changed it into two 45 minutes shifts, hoping this will encourage people to sign up and help while still be able to enjoy the Fest with their families and friends. Hopefully we will find volunteers for all that is needed!
Together with amazing volunteers and students, we are working hard towards our upcoming Fall Fest, happening on Saturday October 26th. But the event success depends almost entirely on our volunteers on the day of the event! Please take a look at the many opportunities in which you can contribute to make this our best Fall Fest ever :)

You will be setting up our Fall Photobooth, following the lead design/ideas. All materials needed will be provided.

You will be helping with general setup chores: Hang lights in courtyard, setup inflatables, prepare checking area, and help set up the Festival Games section, among other general setup tasks

Pick-up donations in Walnut Creek area and then drop them off at the school. Arrangements have been made already; Maria Jose will give you the list of local businesses.
