Family Night – Bancroft Makers Faire!!

Please join us on Friday, October 6, 2017 from 5-7pm  for hands on projects and demonstrations by our own student makers! This family night is a free event and open to all Bancroft families, hope to see you there!

Maker Faire is an event created to celebrate arts, crafts, engineering, science projects, music, construction, and any STEAM inspired do it yourself projects. It is a free family night for all to attend.

We are looking for student makers of all kinds: artists, authors, crafters, engineers, entertainers, and more! Please consider how you can show your creativity to attendees and if possible offer hands on demonstrations for participants. Thank you!

Last year's success was totally dependent on the awesomely creative students and  families who took time to show their creations and let attendees make together with hands on demos.
We had student and family led clay creations, art, stories and poems, piano, giant bubbles, rocket launching, silk screening, bike repairs, yarn dolls, battery science, record player drawings, legos, catapults, and more!

Here's a little slide show of some of the pictures from last year, thanks!
