Once more, Musical Cakes will be present at our upcoming Haunted House and Night Market, on Friday, October 24. This is a crowd-favorite event similar to Musical Chairs where students can participate in one of several rounds of Musical Cakes in order to win a dessert to take home. The money raised from Musical Cakes participation goes towards the Haunted House expense. In order to make this event a success, we need cake/dessert donations. The more cakes and desserts, the more musical rounds we will be able to play, hence more money raised!

Consider donating a dessert (it can be store-bought, or homemade). We would love to get three cakes per class but would always welcome more. By donating a Homemade Cake towards our Musical Chairs game, you automatically participate in the Cake Decorating Contest. 

Dessert Donation Instructions:

- Cakes will need to be delivered to the Multi-Use Room between 3-4pm on the day of Haunted House & Night Market (Friday, October 24th) and must NOT require refrigeration.  

- All donations will be appreciated. Many people choose to bring desserts with a Fall, Halloween, Dia de los Muertos and or K-Pop Demon Hunter decorations.

- Bring on a platter that you do not need returned to you. Clear (see-through) lids are preferred, since the cake will be on display during the whole event.

- Indicate ingredients, for allergy concerns. We want to make sure that whoever chooses it will be able to enjoy it!

- Label with name, class and contact phone number in a non-visible place (i.e. in the back of the platter) We want to be able to contact you if your cake is one of the winning desserts!

The Bancroft community will be invited to vote for the best decorated homemade cake at the event and the winner will be announced on the same night of the event, Friday, October 24th.
