🐬🎃 SQUIRT HAS A VERY IMPORTANT FALL FEST ANNOUNCEMENT... 🎃🐬

Bay Farm families, Fall Fest is almost here, and this year we are going BIG.

For the first time, Fall Fest is taking over campus with more room to play, eat, dance, create, trick-or-treat, and hang out with our Bay Farm community.

We're talking Trunk-or-Treat, carnival games, face painting, arts & crafts, a Fall Fest photo booth, Alameda Market, a Sensory Zone, DJ Edwin, food from Kingpin Katsu and Pampered Pup, Mister Softee, raffle prizes, our online auction, and plenty of surprises still to come.

Basically: this is the Fall Fest you do not want to hear about afterward.

And to make the biggest Fall Fest we've ever hosted actually happen, we need our Bay Farm families.

Whether you can give us an hour, help behind the scenes before the event, or go all-in with your family, there's a way to jump in:

🍬 Trunk-or-Treat Table Hosts: TOP PRIORITY!

We need at least 10 family tables to bring this Bay Farm favorite to life. Pick a kid-friendly theme, decorate your table, and add a fun activity, game, photo op, or non-food giveaway.

Need inspiration? Think Pokémon, Bluey, Minions, Hocus Pocus, Under the Sea, Skeletons, Toy Story, Alice in Wonderland and more.

PTSA provides all candy/treats, so hosts should not bring food or candy. You'll tell us your theme and whether you're bringing your own table right when you sign up.

✨ Behind-the-Scenes Helpers

Calling all organizers, decorators, Canva lovers, crafty people, logistics brains, and party people! Our Operational Guru and Event Creative roles are flexible, pre-event opportunities to help us pull the final details together.

🎨 Zone Volunteers

Help with Arts & Crafts, our Fall Fest Photo Booth, Carnival Games, or other activities. We're building shorter shifts wherever possible so you can volunteer and still enjoy the event with your family.

👋 Welcome & Info Crew

Be one of the friendly faces helping families find their way, purchase activity and raffle tickets, and get the most out of Fall Fest.

🛠️ Setup & Teardown Crew

Help us transform campus before the fun starts or reset everything afterward. Many hands make very light work here!

You do not have to be a PTSA regular or an event-planning expert. If you want to help make a little Fall Fest magic for our kids, we want you.
