It's day 8 of our donation drive, and we still have $22,500 to go of our $62,000 goal!
At Bay Farm, our volunteers are the heart of our community, and room parents are among our most dedicated supporters. They work tirelessly to make the school year special, planning class parties, coordinating events, and creating unforgettable moments for students and teachers.
In past years, room parents often had to scramble to gather donations for supplies and activities. This year, the PTSA is making it easier:
- We’ve allocated $15 per student to help fund class parties and events. This ensures room parents can plan ahead without the stress of sourcing funds or supplies.
- We’ve hosted LiveScan events to make it easier to volunteer in any capac and covered fees for those who need it.

But we’re not stopping there! Our goal is to expand how we support volunteers because you shouldn’t have to pay to volunteer. We’re committed to finding new ways to make volunteering at Bay Farm easy, rewarding, and accessible to everyone.
