Hi Bay Farm Families,

Our Bay Farm PTSA budgets more than $300 per student each year to support programs at our school. Since the pandemic, donations have not returned to previous levels, making it difficult to sustain this level of support.

As a result, we are considering decreasing, eliminating, or restructuring our program spending. To ensure we prioritize effectively, we need your input.

This survey takes 5-15 minutes to complete. Participants will be entered into a drawing for a $20 All Good Living gift card for spirit wear!
