Tickets are on sale for the Bay Farm Gala Dinner & Fundraising Auction! Book seats NOW to join our TOTALLY 80's night with the parents and teachers of Bay Farm School, and consider organizing a table to guarantee you will sit with friends that night! ALSO, we need your help to make this event a success! Are you creative? Join the decor team. Are you detail orientated? Help us out with the evening logistics. We could use as many people helping with this event as we can gather. Join the team here! Many hands make light work. We are also in need of prizes to include in the online and live auction! We are currently asking many Alameda businesses for prizes, but would also appreciate donations of prizes from you. For those of you that would like to donate items for the auction/gala go here to donate. Have any wine or spirits at your house to donate? We will also be accepting those items and you can deliver them directly to the office. Do you like to bake or can you donate a dessert item to the "Dessert Dash" game on April 26th? Know anyone that has season tickets to the Warriors or 49ers games and are willing to donate their tickets? Or passes to museums, concerts, or the zoo? Reach out and see if they would be willing to donate to a good cause! All donations are tax-deductible and directly fund initiatives such as our award-winning Outdoor Learning Center, STEM and other curriculum programs, media and library investments, student field trips and safety & disaster related training & programs, which would not happen without PTSA funding.
