Early bird ends Tomorrow, April 15

Tax Day may be April 15, but at least this deadline comes with a party. Ticket prices increase to $115 starting Thursday. Tickets are limited, so be sure to reserve yours soon.

Includes dinner, two drinks, and helps ensure teachers can attend for free.

What Your Ticket Supports

This year, the gala is raising funds for our capital improvements plan — projects that make Bay Farm even better for our kids and teachers.

Thanks to this amazing community, we’ve already met our annual fundraising goal. The gala is about going beyond that goal to help make Bay Farm an even better place to learn, teach, and grow.
Examples include:

  • Quality microphones for hard of hearing students

New This Year: Parents Night Out Childcare

We’re excited to offer childcare at Swings and Wings during the gala for children ages 4–9. Space is limited, so reserve soon if you’d like to use it.

A Night for Everyone

Not a fan of big, busy events? We’ve got you covered.

We’ll have the entire space at The Star, including the upstairs area and sidewalk patio. Whether you want to dance, mingle, or enjoy a quieter conversation, there will be space for you.

Live Auction Highlight

One of the most popular parts of the night will be our live auction, including our beloved “Principal/Librarian/Music Teacher/ PE Teacher for a Day” experiences.

Bid for Bay Farm: The Auction Is Coming

The online auction runs Monday, April 20 through Sunday, April 26.

This auction is made possible by our community, with families and local businesses donating to support our school. Enjoy class parties, local experiences, and more, with any amount above the item’s value considered a tax-deductible charitable contribution (consult with your tax advisor!).
