Passport Around the World: Heritage Night is just two weeks away! On September 30, Bay Farm families will come together to share countries, cultures, traditions, stories, food, art, games, and more with our students.
Our Cultural Expo is already taking shape with tables representing Brazil, Japan, Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, Sweden and more. Students will receive their own passports and travel from table to table, learning about the world from members of our community.
We still have opportunities to introduce students to China, India, Jamaica, Ireland, Ukraine and many other places. You can share your own culture, a country your family has a connection to, or a country you admire and are excited to research and share respectfully.
What Could You Share? A table can feature food, traditions, clothing, art, music, games, language, landmarks, family stories, or anything else that gives students a chance to discover something new. |
Wednesday, September 30 • 5:30–8:30 PM Bay Farm School Quad & MPR Cultural Expo opens at 6:30 PM
