The Bay Farm PTSA supports programs, events, enrichment, and community-building opportunities that help students and families feel connected and supported throughout the school year.

Our PTSA planning meeting is this week, and we would love to include family feedback as we shape next year's priorities.

We would especially love your input on:

• which events and programs were most valuable/ what you would like to see more or less of
• how we can improve communication and engagement
• opportunities to volunteer or get involved

This survey should take approximately 5 minutes to complete.

Please submit your responses as soon as possible, but no later than Friday, June 5 at 5:00 PM.

(We can adapt if our plans don't meet the communities preferences).
