SAVE the DATE for the Gala & Auction - APRIL 26th!

Last year's Auction and Gala was a smash hit, both from the perspective of fundraising and fun - so save the date to join on April 26th with a theme of Totally 80s!

The Auction and Gala contributes over half of the PTSA fundraising goal for the year.   

It's truly a team effort and we need YOUR help, as many hands make for light work, and there are many ways to contribute, large and small so appreciate anyone who can to contact Michael Toedman at fundraising@bayfarmptsa.org to discuss roles and any questions. 

We will have a kick-off call within the next 10 days, so more updates to come!

Date: April 26 and Theme: 80s Party 

 

Recruit auction prizes:  working with local merchants and other brands and companies to confirm prizes for the auction. 

Posting content in OneCause: developing copy and images to promote the prizes available in the auction

Sponsorship: Pitch and manage our sponsorships which help to cover costs for the event and contribute towards fundraising

Entertainment: Coordinate entertainment options (especially those we can get sponsorship against) 

Decor - manage and create centerpieces and decor for around the room

Registration - run check-in/check-out process for the whole evening

Volunteer Manager - manage the high school volunteers throughout the evening

Day of event set-up (3pm - 6pm) - helping set-up decor, registration, set dinner tables, silent auction

Day of event clean-up (10:30pm - 11:30pm) - help clean-up the venue, make sure all prizes have been pick-up, help pack-up cars
