Make-Up Picture Day πŸ“Έ

Fri, Oct 16 • 9:00–10:30 AM

Missed picture day or want a retake? For retakes, students must bring their physical picture package back to the photographer.

Reminder: NO PARKING in Zones 5–9 After School! 🚫

Zones 5–9 are reserved for transportation vans serving our off-site after-school programs. These spaces are not available for parent parking during dismissal.

If you park there, you will be asked to move. Please don't put our staff and volunteers in the position of having to ask! Blocking these zones creates congestion and delays for students waiting for transportation.

Need a place to park? Check out our Squirt's Safety Patrol page for parking guidance.

Thinking About Next Year?
Interested in Helping? How About… Events & Fundraising Lead!

Love bringing people together? The Events & Fundraising Lead helps coordinate the fun events and fundraising efforts that make our PTSA possible. You won't be doing it all yourself — dedicated committees and volunteers do much of the work, while you help keep everyone organized and working together. Without fundraising and events, we'd have no funds and no fun!

Squirt's Safety Patrol
A Message from Squirt and the Safety Patrol 🚲

We loved seeing everyone out for Walk & Roll to School Day! Let's keep rolling safely:

  • NEW! Cargo bike drop-off: Use the driveway by the TK/K gate. Ride into the loop, then walk your bike onto the driveway.
  • Ride with traffic! Bike lanes are one-way. For a safer left turn into the loop, use the Sheffield Way crosswalk and flashing beacons.
  • Walk your wheels! Bikes and scooters must be walked on sidewalks around campus. A minute late beats hurting someone!
  • Parents, lead by example! Wear helmets, follow bike lane directions, and walk bikes on sidewalks and through crosswalks.

We LOVE bikes at Bay Farm! Let's keep everyone rolling safely.

PropFest: Ballot Research for Busy Parents! πŸ—³

Prefer listening while multitasking (aka parenting)? Check out KQED's PropFest, a nonpartisan guide to California's statewide propositions. Perfect for folding laundry, making dinner, or driving the kids around!

Your ballot has likely arrived! Return it to an official drop box (there's one by the Bay Farm Library) by Election Day, Tue, Nov 3.
