Week of September 22
DOLPHIN FUN RUN - THANK YOU!
Our very first Dolphin Fun Run was a huge success – together we raised over $8,000 for the PTSA!
We were blown away by the incredible demand and enthusiasm for this event. While we always planned to do a reprint, we need every registrant who still needs a shirt to complete this form by Friday, September 25. This is a one-time re-order, so don’t miss the deadline!
We’ve learned a lot from this first run and appreciate all the feedback — it will help us make next year even better.
Many thanks to our sponsor, Team Schuler, and to all of you for making this event such a success!
PARENTS' NIGHT OUT: A WILD BREAK FOR YOU, A WILD ROBOT FOR THEM!
![]() |
Last month’s Parents’ Night Out was a hit, and we’re excited to do it again! To make this event possible, we need at least 30 students registered by Wednesday. We’ll accept sign-ups at the door, but food planning depends on advance registrations. If we don’t reach 30, we’ll need to cancel and reassess. Make it cozy: Kids are encouraged to come in jammies, bring a blanket, favorite stuffy, and a water bottle. |
Sign up your student for dinner and a showing of Wild Robot in the MPR on Friday, September 26 from 6:30–9:00 PM, while you enjoy a well-earned evening off.
Parent and High/Middle School Volunteers Needed!
Volunteers make these events possible, and we’d love your help.
- Parents: As a thank-you, your child(ren) can attend for free.
- Middle Schoolers: Earn service hours by helping out. Don’t forget to bring your service hour sheet for signature!
Why Parents’ Night Out?
These events are PTSA fundraisers — your registration is a donation that supports our school. In return, you get a fun evening for your kids and a little time for yourself. It’s not childcare; it’s community support with benefits!
CALLING ALL ARTISTS

Reflections Arts Program
All Bay Farm students (including TK) are invited to exercise their creativity and submit original art in the areas of dance, film, literature, music composition, photography, and visual arts. Learn more about how to enter and the rules for each entry here. Winners may go on to the city, district, state, and even national level competition! |
This year’s theme is “I Belong …”. All art must be original, with a unique title that relates to the theme. The deadline for submissions is November 15. Register your original artwork here.
GET INVOLVED
Have Ideas or Feedback? Get Involved with the PTSA!
We’d love to hear from you — and even more, we’d love your help bringing great ideas to life. Here are three ways to get involved:
- Join the PTSA and attend our next General Membership Meeting on October 8 at 6:30 PM in the MPR.
- Volunteer and help us reach our fundraising goals so we can continue providing vital support and enrichment for students and teachers. Check out our opportunities on Konstella! Don’t see a match? Reach out to our volunteer coordinator!
- Donate directly to the PTSA (and don’t forget to check if your employer offers company matching to maximize your impact).
We love your feedback and ideas, but remember — we’re all volunteers! Your input is invaluable, and your support helps turn those ideas into reality.
