Bay Farm FOMO Alert

ON SALE NOW: Bay Farm Gala & Auction
Join us for a fun evening celebrating our Bay Farm community and supporting meaningful projects at our school.
We’ll gather on SAT, APR 25 (7–10 PM) at The Star on Park for dinner, drinks, and a great night together.
Our auction is a meaningful way to give back. Think of it as making a donation and receiving something special in return.
Not a fan of big, busy events? We’ve got you covered. With access to the patio and upstairs space, there are plenty of spots to relax, connect, and enjoy the evening at your own pace.
Early bird pricing ends APR 15, and your ticket helps make it possible for our teachers and staff to attend as our honored guests.

LAST CALL: Science Fair Boards + Volunteers Needed
Our Science & Engineering Fair is tomorrow (APR 7). Thank you to everyone who has already signed up to help.
We’re still looking for a few more room runners to help students get to and from judging.
It’s a great way to support our kids and help the day run smoothly.

Auditor Needed ASAP (CPA)
|
|
We need to identify a PTSA Auditor (CPA) before our Wednesday meeting so they can be nominated.
This role supports our biannual audits starting in July and is a lightweight commitment with just two short engagements per year.
If we can’t fill this role, we’ll need to form an audit committee, which requires more time from multiple volunteers.
If you or someone you know is a CPA, we would greatly appreciate your help. Please reach out or help spread the word.

Keeping Our Students Safe
Did you know? In Alameda, riding a bike on the sidewalk is generally allowed, but there are a few exceptions, including in front of schools, in business districts, and anywhere signs prohibit bike riding.
We love seeing more families bike and roll to school, and we know there are times when riding on the sidewalk feels like the safest choice, especially for younger riders.
That said, the sidewalks in front of school can get very busy, and riding there can feel crowded or uncomfortable for families who are walking.
When you’re in front of the school, please walk your bike on the sidewalk, or use the bike lane and cross at designated crosswalks when possible.
Thank you for helping keep arrival and dismissal safe and comfortable for everyone.
