To participate in classroom parties and celebrations, all adults must have approved Arbiter volunteer status.

December is full of fun events, and we don’t want anyone to miss out simply because their approval isn’t complete.

Literati Book Fair

WED, DEC 3 – FRI, DEC 12 | BAY FARM SCHOOL LIBRARY

Get ready, book lovers—the beloved Literati Book Fair is popping up all week long.

You can shop online or stop by during lunch or pick-up to browse shelves full of new adventures.

Every purchase supports our school library. Volunteers are always appreciated!

DINE & DONATE @ FAMOUS DAVE'S

THUR, DEC 11 @ 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Dine-in or carry-out at Famous Dave's at 2690 Fifth St. Mention the Bay Farm PTSA and 20% of your bill supports our school!

Parent’s Night Out – Spring Movie Nights

We are pausing Parent’s Night Out in December for the holiday rush—but we’re back this spring with five fun movie nights.

Kids enjoy pizza, games, and a cozy movie while you get a break. Volunteers welcome!

Each registration link covers both students and volunteers.

Events may be cancelled if fewer than 20 students register.
