Join Our PTSA Financial Dream Team
|
Our PTSA is looking for three detail-oriented volunteers to join our financial team for the 2026–2027 school year. If you're organized and comfortable with numbers, this is a meaningful way to support our school behind the scenes.
Open Roles:
- Treasurer – Leads the budget, pays approved expenses, and manages required filings
- Financial Secretary – Tracks and records incoming funds
- Auditor (CPA required) – Conducts independent reviews of the books
Flexible roles. Real impact. Deep satisfaction when the numbers balance.

Congratulations on raising over $61,000! I’m excited to bring a Harmony Monsters concert to Bay Farm on March 17. As a Bay Farm parent and TK music teacher, sharing music with your kids is truly the highlight of my week. Harmony Monsters has been serving schools across Alameda and the East Bay for nearly 10 years, and I’ve shared a Spotify playlist so your kids can start singing along.
