Our PTSA is looking for three detail-oriented volunteers to join our financial team for the 2026–2027 school year. If you're organized and comfortable with numbers, this is a meaningful way to support our school behind the scenes.
Open Roles:
- Treasurer – Leads the budget, pays approved expenses, and manages required filings
- Financial Secretary – Tracks and records incoming funds
- Auditor (CPA required) – Conducts independent reviews of the books
Flexible roles. Real impact. Deep satisfaction when the numbers balance.

At this morning’s ceremony, the Bay Farm community recognized the many partners who helped make the Aughinbaugh bike lane protection program possible, supporting safer biking and walking to school for our students. We were grateful to have representatives from the City, School District, and Bike Walk Alameda join us for the celebration. As a token of appreciation, the PTSA presented the City with two posters showing families and students using the new infrastructure and celebrating safer routes to school.
