Programs at Bay Farm
The Programs Committee supports student enrichment opportunities beyond the classroom, from clubs and hands-on learning experiences to cultural and environmental programs.
Our goal is to make it easy (and fun!) for families to get involved while keeping things organized and manageable for our volunteers.
How Programs Work at Bay Farm
Have an idea for a club or program?
We’d love to hear it! New ideas are reviewed based on student interest, volunteer support, and available space to ensure we can set each program up for success.
Program & Club Leads
Each program is led by a parent volunteer who brings it to life — with support from the Programs Committee for planning, communication, and coordination.
Communication & Sign-Ups
Programs collaborates with the Communications Committee and may use different tools depending on their needs (such as Konstella or Zeffy), but all opportunities will be shared with families so you know what’s available and how to join.
Ongoing Support
The Programs Committee helps connect volunteers, streamline communication, and keep things running smoothly so programs can grow and thrive year after year.
