Room Parent Role @ Bay Farm

Room Parents are a vital part of our school community! They:

• Organize classroom parties
• Help teachers find volunteers
• Facilitate gift giving to teachers
• Support PTSA communications and fundraising efforts

How to Become a Room Parent

1. Read the Room Parent Job Description to understand the role, responsibilities and time commitment
2. Talk to your student’s teacher (via ParentSquare or in person) to confirm your interest.
3. Add yourself to the desired classroom below.
4. Attend Room Parent Training on Thursday, August 21 at 7:00 PM on Google Meet. This is required to become a Classroom Lead in Konstella.

Additional notes:

• Each class may have 1–3 Room Parents.
• Teachers often recruit Room Parents at Back to School Night, so let them know if you’re interested!
