Communication coordinator Signed Up: 1 / 2Help spread the word about the Science & Engineering Fair! You’ll promote the event through Konstella, morning ceremony announcements, and the school newsletter. This role is great for someone who enjoys communication, building connections, and keeping our school community excited and informed.

Student Engagement Signed Up: 2 / 2Bring the Science & Engineering Fair excitement directly to the students! Science or Engineering background needed. Duties include: Short classroom visits to talk with students about the Fair and how to participate, showing examples of past projects to inspire ideas. This role is great for someone who enjoys connecting with kids, sparking curiosity, and building confidence in young scientists.

Board Distribution Coordinators Signed Up: 0 / 2Make sure every student has the display board they need for their project! Duties include: Tracking the number of boards needed based on student sign-ups; Organizing board storage and keeping inventory; Coordinating distribution to classroom pods.

Breakfast Coordinator Signed Up: 0 / 1Help keep our amazing volunteers energized on Fair Day! Duties include:
- Reaching out to local shops and cafés for breakfast donations (last year Starbucks generously provided the entire spread ☕🥐).
- Arranging pickup and setup of breakfast items the morning of the Fair

Classroom runner coordinator Signed Up: 0 / 1Lead a team of 8–10 “runner” volunteers who escort students between the MPR and their classrooms for presentations. You’ll help coordinate movement, keep the schedule on track, and ensure students feel supported and ready for their turn. A great role for someone who enjoys organization and keeping track.

Judge coordinator Signed Up: 1 / 1Recruit volunteer judges, share event guidelines, and coordinate all judging logistics to ensure a smooth and fair evaluation process.

Registration Table Coordinator Signed Up: 0 / 2Be the first friendly face students and families see on Fair Day! Duties include: Managing the registration table and welcoming participants; Checking in students and confirming project registration; Directing students to their assigned display tables. A great role for someone who’s organized, personable, and enjoys setting a positive tone for the day.
