Interested in helping? Join the Safety Patrol Committee below! You can volunteer as a Morning Supervisor, help lead one of our special student projects, or both.

Want to work more directly with our student leaders? We’re looking for parents to help guide several student-led safety projects this year.

Coloring Book
Work with students every other week to create a Bay Farm safety coloring book about getting to and from school safely and using the drop-off loop. Help students develop the story, divide up the writing and artwork, and put everything together into a finished book.

Safety Video
Help students write, act in, and direct a safety video that we can share with Bay Farm families. Students will create a fun way to demonstrate how to get to and from school safely.

Student Ambassadors
Help students prepare to visit classrooms and teach their peers about getting to and from school safely, the rules around our school, and why they matter. Help build public-speaking skills, coordinate with teachers and staff, and guide students during classroom presentations or a possible school assembly.

Fall Festival
Work with interested Safety Patrol students to decide how they’d like to contribute to Fall Festival. Help them brainstorm, plan, and bring their idea to life — whether that’s an activity, station, booth, or something entirely their own!
