10 Minute Challenge for Bay Farm Families

All Dappers & Dames,

Save the Date for the “PUTTIN ON THE RITZ” Fundraiser and Gala that will be held on March 21, 2020.  Every other year the Bay Farm PTSA holds a Gala Auction. Our last auction in 2018 brought in more than $80K. The auction is the biggest fundraiser we have and raises the funds necessary to help our students towards their education goals.

We have a 10-Minute Challenge for each Bay Farm family!

All you need to do is read this email, view the documents and pass information on to at least one family member, friend, neighbor or business!  That’s it!  Just read and forward to at least one person!  Any additional help is completely up to you!  You may be surprised at what resources you have to help contribute.

 Online/Live Auction Donations (Online Auction will be held March 2-15) 

 Do you, your friends, neighbors or family:

  • Own a business or work for a company that would be willing to donate their product, services or expertise?
  • Have a favorite restaurant or kid’s activity that you can donate?
  • Have tickets for sporting events, concerts or activities?
  • Access to a vacation rental?
  • Want to host a themed party? Marvel Movie Night, Backyard BBQ or Kentucky Derby Party are just a few ideas

Sponsorships (Sponsorships needed by February 1) 

Do you, your friends, neighbors or family:

  • Own a business or work for a company that would be willing to be a sponsor for the event?
  • Sponsorship Levels- Businesses have an opportunity to support their community as well as receive advertisement for their business by becoming one of our event sponsors.
  • “Sponsor a Vendor”- Buddy up with another family or pass on to a business that you think may be interested in sponsoring the DJ/Photo Booth, Cocktail Hour, Dessert Table, Photographer or Entertainment.
  • Sponsor a Teacher/Table- Be a sponsor by purchasing a table for one of our amazing teachers to attend the event.

Sponsorship and Donation Request forms are attached.

We are asking for all Sponsorships by February 1, 2020 and all auction donations no later than February 20, 2020 in order to properly acknowledge all donors.  

Thank you for continuing to support these wonderful programs that benefit each student.

Our fundraising goal for the 2019-2020 school year is $90,000 and we feel confident with your help we can reach this goal.
