This is a follow up to the Adopt-a-Teacher flyer you received in the back to school packet.
Because we are no longer going through Alameda Education Foundation we now have the ability to take donations online at: https://www.gofundme.com/BayFarmAdopt-a-Teacher!
Thank you to those who have already donated! Your donation is tax deductible and the GoFundMe campaign works with PayPal Giving Fund which removes all fees so 100% of your donation will go directly to the Bay Farm Teachers.
When you donate to adopt a teacher, you are directly supporting them by giving them valuable funds they need to support learning opportunities for their classroom. Teachers use the donations to purchase additional resources and materials including classroom technology, cooking supplies, science projects and other items to enhance your child’s education.
Our goal is to get all of the teachers adopted including PE, Music, Spanish, the Learning Center and Media Center!
Recommended donation is $25 per child. You are welcome to support at a higher level, whatever you are comfortably able to give. $500 adopts an entire teacher and the teacher will receive a certificate acknowledging your adoption. Your generous donations will be put to good use and are greatly appreciated!
Again, donations are tax deductible and 100% of your donation will go to the Bay Farm teachers.
Write a check to Bay Farm PTSA for $25 or more per student and drop check into the PTSA box in the front office or give to the teacher (no cash please).
