Bay Farm students advancing to the Alameda County Science & Engineering Fair! Come on 3/8 to cast your vote & cheer them on!
Sun, Mar 1 4:41pm

Please join us in congratulating Bay Farm 6th graders Diego Leung and Mateo Esparrago, for advancing their project “Video Games for the Blind” to compete at the Alameda County Science & Engineering Fair!!!

And for those of you who can make it, there is an additional opportunity to continue to show our support for the amazing work they have done by joining in the public viewing event at the ACS&EF, this coming Sunday 3/8 at Chabot College from 10am-2pm.  Admission is free, and parking ($3) is the only thing you’d need to pay for. Also, on Public Day, every attendee gets a vote towards the "People's Choice Award" from 10am-12:30pm.  This is not a Bay Farm School event but would be a great opportunity to not only support Diego and Mateo, but for students who are interested in participating at the regional/state Science Fair level in the future, to get inspired and see some of the student projects from across our county competing at that level. More details including the whole event schedule can be found via the ACS&EF website.

Congratulations again to our 1st team of students representing Bay Farm School at the regional science Fair! Well done Diego and Mateo!
