Live Scan Fingerprinting @ the Zero Waste Potluck Picnic on Friday, Sept. 6th

Bay Farm PTSA is bringing Island Notary & Live Scan to campus on Friday, September 6th, starting at 5:30 PM and running throughout our Zero Waste Potluck Picnic.  This is a super convenient way to get your volunteer Live Scan fingerprinting done if you haven't already. It only takes about 5 minutes!


Per AUSD's website, any volunteer who will be with students outside the presence of a staff member must be fingerprinted. This includes field trip chaperones!  Live Scan fingerprints only need to be done once and are good for the entire time your child attends a school in AUSD. 


Fees: The cost for each person is $74 if you pay by cash, check, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle. If you want to pay by credit card, there is an additional $2.60 fee to cover the transaction cost. In some instances, PTSA may be able to provide some financial assistance.  Please contact Claire Sue ( for more information.


What to bring:  

  • Your completed Live Scan form (PDF attached)
  • A government-issued ID (Passport, Driver's License, or ID card)
  • Freshly washed hands free of oil or lotion
  • Some form of payment

Look for the sign up sheet that will be sent out shortly-- it fills up quickly so don't wait!


If you cannot take advantage of this opportunity, you can still take your form to other locations that offer Live Scan fingerprinting services.
