Dear Bay Farm Parents,
As PTSA, we are always looking ways to improve and better support our K-8 student body to ensure their needs are met. I'm happy to announce that we have an approved balance budget for 2017-18 school year.
While we have an approved operating budget, it does not mean we won't be able to support new ideas for programs that requires funding. Below you'll find the procedure for proposing new programs and funding request for budget approval by the association.
Here are the steps to follow:
1. Complete the "New Program Budget Proposal Form" See attached
2. Submit to PTSA president or Treasurer to put on meeting agenda for discussion
3. The board will vote on the new proposal. If it is approved, then it move to the association for budget adoption and amendment is made to the budget.
