***SCREENTIME: Can we strike a balance in our children’s digital lives?

On average Tweens/Teens are spending 7 hours daily on their devices, this is having an effect on their social-emotional well-being.  As a society we are seeing an increase in depression and anxiety in young people. Do you have a child who has a difficult time monitoring their screen time? Join us for a research-based discussion about screen time, social media, health impacts, communication, and boundary setting. We will have a presentation with Common Sense Media on March 27th at 7:00 p.m. in the Encinal High School Cafeteria.
