This year our auction will be held on Saturday, March 24th at the Elks Lodge starting at 6 pm.
Be sure to join us for the biggest party of the year, the 25th anniversary Bay Farm PTSA Auction!
But... before we party we need your help!
As you may know, many of our programs are only possible because of the funds we raise at events such the bi-annual in person and online auction.
In preparation for the auction we need your help with Wine Donations. We are asking each classroom to donate 5 bottles of wine valued at least $15 each. This is a simple and easy way for our parent community to help with our fundraiser. If you have wine at home you’d like to contribute (and don’t know the value), we'll take it. You can simply bring in your contribution to one of the three locations listed below by March 7th.
Wine donation drop locations:
- In your student's homeroom; give to their teacher.
or at one of the following homes, there will be a box outside the front door, please label the bottle with the teacher's name:
- 105 Sheffield Rd, right across from school, easy parking.
- 1 Britt Court in the Freeport development.
Remember, ALL funds raised directly benefit our school.
