BPE PTA Association Meeting
LAST MEETING OF THE YEAR
Wednesday May 7th @ 7:00pm

Our last Bay Park Elementary PTA Association meeting for the 2024-25 school year will be Wednesday May 7 @ 7:00pm. Join us in the BPE Auditorium!
Members, new members, non members... all are welcome to attend so spread the word and bring a friend!
We will be discussing and voting on several items, including:

• Budget changes for 2024/25
• Preliminary 2025-26 Budget - Take note that this is preliminary and next years board can change/update but we need to approve this so that work can continue over the summer
• Bylaws Updates
• Planning for next school year
• Announcements for the coming school year from committees, PTA president and Principal

This is your chance to discuss agenda items, learn about what is happening, ask questions (no question is a bad question, just ask!) and get involved now and in the future. Let's keep this great year going! Keep in mind that you must be a PTA member for 30 days in order to vote, but all can discuss and be involved. We appreciate all the support and help for our kids!
