This Week's Schedule for End-of-Year Pickup and Dropoff
Sun, Jun 7 7:07pm

A Message from the California State PTA

California State PTA denounces racial injustice, violence, and the recurring brutal mistreatment of African Americans in our nation. We stand in solidarity with the friends and family of George Floyd in demanding change.

As parents and caregivers, we do everything in our power to protect our children from harm, but the reality of continuing discrimination and injustice makes that impossible for many of our children and families of color. This cannot continue.

California State PTA joins our community, education, and equity partners in seeking concrete actions to address the pattern of institutional discrimination and violence against black people. We commit to examine our own practices and structures to work towards eliminating implicit bias, racism and inequities. We call on our thousands of local PTAs throughout California to bring to life the principles of inclusion, equity, and diversity. PTA strives to create communities that provide safety, opportunity, and a nurturing environment for all children and families.

End of Year Pickup and Dropoff of Materials

In case you missed Friday's email from the Bayside office, here is their important message about this coming week's schedule for pickup/dropoff of materials:

During the week of June 8th, families will be allowed back on campus to return materials (textbooks, library books, instruments, sports uniforms, etc.) and pick up items from school (anything from PE lockers, regular lockers, items left in the classroom, 5th and 8th grade promotion items, etc).

Please note: Chromebooks and hot spots will ONLY be collected from 8th graders and those leaving the district. All other students will keep their District technology for the time being.

Anyone coming onto campus aged 6 years and older MUST be wearing a face mask and will need to maintain 6 feet of social distancing as much as possible.

Please follow the schedule below. We are trying to allow the fewest number of people on campus at any given time in order to follow the parameters of the Shelter in Place order from the County. We appreciate your support.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the school office at (650) 312-7660.
