Dear Students and Parents,
On Friday, September 15, 2017, Bayside Academy School will be hosting its 1st Walk-A-Jog fundraiser and Family Festival!
For this year’s event, “Walk-A-Jog 2017 – “Come One, Come All!” students will raise precious funds which support a wide range of programs at Bayside Academy, including the arts, technology, physical education, assemblies, and academic support programs.
A 300-yard course will be set up on the Bayside track area.
Participating Bayside students will walk or jog around the course as many times as possible by grade level:
- Grades K, 1 and 2---------4:00 PM to 4:30 PM
- Grades 3, 4 and 5 --------4:45 PM to 5:15 PM
- Grades 6, 7----------------5:30 PM to 6:00 PM
- Grade 8--------------------6:15 PM to 6:45 PM
There will be great prizes for the top 6 student fundraisers, for the boy and girl students in each grade who Walk-A-Jog the most laps, and the class with the highest % of students registered, will have a pizza party!
We invite all students to participate and all families and friends to come cheer on the participants.
The Family Festival will include fun and festivities for the entire family including, raffle prizes, great food, BBQ, and many more events to be announced!

Registration forms are also available in the school office if you prefer to register by paper form. Just fill out and return to the school office by September 1st.
